Economist by 🎓 and data scientist by ❤️

Hi there, I’m Christoph Scheuch!

As a graduate financial economist, I have acquired an extensive hypothesis–driven research and problem–solving expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and model development.

As a data scienctist, I have experience in developing business intelligence tools, prototyping data-driven products, and designing data architectures.

As a product manager, I have experience in all areas of software development, including project management, agile methods, and design thinking.

Experience

I’m an independent expert in finance and data. I provide services and trainings related to data workflows, data infrastructure, data analysis, machine learning, and general data science topics.

Previously, I was the Head of AI, Director of Product, and Head of BI & Data Science at the social trading platform wikifolio.com.

I’m also a co-creator and maintainer of the Tidy Finance project.

I write about tidy data science with R, Python and Julia on my blog Tidy Intelligence.

I occasionally design shirts and mugs that you can find under the Tidy Swag brand.
